Freshly Fueled takes the guess work out of eating clean. We use whole foods to create clean meals. Our meals will provide you with a range of nutrients without sacrificing flavor or variety. We will never use processed sauces, flours, or sugars. We believe that the food you put into your body is what fuels you to reach your optimal performance, whatever that may mean for you.
We offer a weekly menu of options that can support the every day athlete to the every day person because everyone deserves to feel energized and revitalized through the fuel they consume.
How It Works
Every Monday we post a new menu selection. Each menu will have two different breakfast options and four different lunch/dinner options. You can mix and match, order just one, or order enough for the entire week! The menu stays available for ordering until Sunday at 10pm. Delivery is included in your order with a minimum of $35 and if you live in James Island, West Ashley, The Peninsula, select zones of Johns Island, and select areas of Mount Pleasant. If you live outside of our delivery area, meal pick up can be arranged. Our menu closes a week before delivery. This allows us to obtain proper produce, craft our sauces and marinades from scratch, and to put that extra effort into making healthy, high quality, nutritious meals.
We are now offering personalized nutrition and health coaching. This includes a six week intensive plan. Contact us for details.
